Support from GP
GPs can support their patients and discuss whether medication or referral to other more specialist support services might be helpful. NHS 24 Mental Health Services can provide advice out of hours when the GP practice is closed, call 111 to access this service.

Togetherall
Anonymous and moderated 24/7 by mental health professionals, Togetherall is the ideal place for people who may not feel comfortable discussing their mental health issues face-to-face or through treatment.
An account costs money to register, but Renfrewshire Council have paid so that anyone with a Renfrewshire address can gain access for free. www.togetherall.com
