PGL have made a number of donations in the run up to the Festive Season. The £1300 raised at the Walking Football Tournament  went to Prostate Scotland, with a further £250 to SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health). We also donated £500 to Calums Cabin, a charity that provides holiday homes for children facing cancer.

Foodbanks need particular support around the Festive Season, so we've donated £500 to the East Kilbride Community Food Bank and a further £500 to the Star Project in Paisley.

The PGM met with Karen, who manages the distribution of food from the Calderwood Baptist Church, who along with a number of other Churches in East Kilbride, make up the Community Food Bank.

Karen said that this donation would go towards the bespoke family hampers that they provide to local families in time for their Christmas Dinner.
